Last saturday (May 16th) we went to São Paulo to visit my friend Aricia! I was missing her so much! It had some time since my last trip to São Paulo, so I wanted to know some places! We started going to the Fresh Cake Factory, because I was summoned by the looks of their cakes on the photos! And they do not disappoint! This was the best cake I've ever had in my whole life. I got Tiramisu cake and Chocolate Frapuccino!
We chatted a lot, then we went to the Tiktok viral Beryl Shop, a store that, among other cute asian kawaii style clothes, sells some lolita dresses too!
I was so happy! It was my dream to go to a physical store to buy some lolita clothes! It was very fun and I wanted to take everything home with me! After browsing some dresses, I decided to buy a Wa Lolita set, so I could wear it on the Sakura Matsuris I have around. I was kinda afraid when I went to the store that morning, because the night before going there I discovered they were going to open a second unit at Liberdade, and a lot of dresses were already there, so I was afraid in this unit I went to they would not have any dresses, but they had! I talked with the shop girl (she was an angel) about that, and the owners were so kind to open the Liberdade store only for us to shop! I felt like a VIP! So, before going there, we decided to have lunch!
We went to Yun Food Restaurant! The place is all decorated in 2D style. I went there more by the decoration, I must confess, but when I ate the food... omg! It was SOOO DELICIOUS! I got Donkatsu and, forgive me mom, but that was the best food I ever ate. I know it sounds cliche, but that was so delicious! The portion is huge, and the pork was divine. I need to go back to this asap!
After lunch, we arrived at the Liberdade unit, and I we started by taking some photos at the shop window! I have always wanted to do that! It was really a dream coming true!
Do you believe in love at the first sight? Well, now I do. Since when we arrived I put my eyes on that floral dress, and even looking some others, I knew I had to take it home lol
But I confess I wanted to take everything home lol! They had such amazing dresses! I think I will go bankrupt the next time I go there, because I want to buy more.
After shopping, we went to... more shopping! I wanted to visit Kawai Store, a pink store that sells asian beauty products! I went for the facial masks, but the shop window was so AP coded that we spent some time taking photos while the store was full.
They have a lot of products there, but as I don't know anything about skincare, I wanted to start by the facial masks. I got some, and Aricia gave me one as a present! Awww thank you so much!!!!
They had some Flower Knows products to try, but you couldn't purchase anything because the products were sold out...
Last, but not the least, Aricia showed us this cute hidden cafe - really hidden inside a building, but there was packed with people! Of course, because it was amazing! I got a drink that mixed yakult and strawberry! So good!
Thank you so much for the amazing day, Aricia! I hope I can return soon!

[Got Lolita] Cornet - Ribbon OP

The Universe is being so awesome with me! This time I got my first Cornet piece!
This is the Ribbon OP by Cornet (2005). I was fixated in this dress for some months. It was listed as Body Line, but I couldn't find it anywhere in searchs. I keep more and more fixated on this, until I decided to finally give it a chance and buy it. What was my surprise when the sellers saw it was Cornet instead of Bodyline! I was in awe. Knowing the brand, now I could discover more about this beauty. It had long elastic sleeves, but the sellers didn't had it anymore. So, I had to fix it when it arrived, as a welcome gift!
I had to adjust the cut and, luckily, I bought some beige lace for another piece, so I was able to use a little on this. Made the finishings with zig zag as an embroidery, and, to make the end result very nice by showing only the beautiful embroidered part, I had to handsew everything. It took hours but it looks so neat.
And this is the final result! I'm so glad it looks wearable! I'm thinking about adding detachable sleeves.
Welcome home, sweetie!
