[Event] Sakura Matsuri 2022!

So, today we went to Sakura Matsuri 2022, at the Parque Bunkyo Kokushikan! I missed the event so much - the first and last time I went there was in 2019, and the event returned to open air visitation only this year!

This is what I am wearing today~

We started the event eating lunch, even if it wasn't lunchtime yet. I like to do this to avoid long lines and to be able to find good spots to sit and eat peacefully. Me and my husband ordered yakissoba (his was vegetarian), and I ordered tempura! I was sad yesterday because I couldn't buy tempura at Liberdade, but today my friends, I ate it twice - one in the lunch and one going home. This tempura was so huge it looked like a vynil disc!

After lunch, we went to an endless mission that was take the more pictures we could!

My friends and my brother came with us to the event! It was so fun because of them!

We took a loooooot of photos, but I will just post a few of them here.

It was somewhat difficult to take pictures of me and of the Sakura, since many people wanted to take photos with me. Next photo you can see the arm of a lovely old lady who took photos with me. Many mothers with children also asked for photos. Most of them asked what character I was, lol. They would instantly become shocked when I said that I was not a character; hope they don't find me rude or anything ^^´, it's just that I am not a character at all haha.

The sun was very strong and also the wind, what made taking pictures very difficult. I always would get hair inside my mouth and all over my face.

Luckily we found a nice spot near the lake, on the shade. I was just thinking about taking a photo of my back, holding the parasol, but I ended up just sitting there, relaxing and enjoying the view.

Then, we met my friends again and went to eat ice cream and after that we went to take polaroids! I got to the conclusion I desperately need to buy some film for my Instax because taking polaroids with them was so fun and amazing!

After the Polaroids, I wanted to drink some wine chopp, so in the way there they have shown me some places of the park I didn't knew. It was so cool and perfect for photos!

And then, bam, my poor phone was out of battery... I don't have a lot of photos of that time, but they have took some. My little phone was so brave and made so good photos, so I couldn't get mad with it (and also I was in no good conditions after all day long walking under the sun), so let's forget it haha.

We went again to visit some places I didn't knew before and T took this photo! So cool~

Then we had more wine chopp and made some shopping at the food stalls. After that, we went home~

It was so nice to see everybody after a long time! I already miss everyone! Wish I can return soon so we can hang out again!
