[Selfmade] Strawberry Rosette

Lá pra 2013 lembro-me de ter comprado um par de meias listradas offbrand que veio com um patch de morango em cada meia. Não era muito bonita a composição, então tirei os morangos fora. 

Um deles usei para fazer um broche há um tempo atrás, e hoje acabei usando o outro para fazer uma rosette.


Back in 2013 I remember buying a pair of offbrand striped socks that came with a strawberry patch on each sock. The composition was not very beautiful, so I took the strawberries out.

One of them I used to make a brooch a while ago, and today I ended up using the other to make a rosette.

Eu acabei por bordar a parte de dentro dos morangos. Ficou até que legal, mas me mostrou que eu preciso urgentemente praticar o bordado com mais frequência.
O resto dos materiais estavam parados em casa, então foi legal reaproveitar!
É assustador perceber por quanto tempo a gente acaba deixando as coisas paradas sem uso! Esses patches já tem 7 anos!


I ended up embroidering the inside of the strawberries. It was kind of cool, but it showed me that I urgently need to practice embroidery more often.
The rest of the materials were at home, so it was nice to reuse!
It's scary to realize how long we end up leaving things unused! These patches are already 7 years old!
