Já que já faz alguns dias que não uso lolita, decidi começar a usar nas aulas online. No fim das contas ninguém vê nada além do meu rosto, mas o que importa é que eu vejo haha.

As I didn't wore lolita for some days, I decided to start wearing it for my online classes. In the end, nobody sees anything but my face, but what matters is that I see what I am wearing haha.

Hello Kitty items!

Nos últimos dias comprei algumas coisas da Hello Kitty! Foram dois esmaltes e um creme sem enxágue. Fico super contente de achar esses produtos aqui na cidade! Além desses, acabei achando uma pasta de dente e uma escova de dentes da Hello Kitty, mas estou pensando se devo comprar haha.

In the last few days I bought some Hello Kitty stuff! The items are two nail polishes and a leave in hair cream. I'm super happy to find these products here in my city! In addition to these, I ended up finding a Hello Kitty toothpaste and toothbrush, but I'm wondering if I should buy those haha.

Treasures I found!

Esses dias achei alguns tesouros em algumas lojas!

Foram verdadeiros tesouros, porque além de serem super valiosos, estavam super escondidos quando achei!

Eu fui à feira do livro, e assim que entrei, uma voz na minha cabeça dizia para eu procurar por um livro de crochê, já que estou bem interessada em aprender crochê. Enquanto andava pelos livros a voz sumiu, mas assim que passei pela mesa de sebo, a voz voltou na minha cabeça, dizendo para eu olhar para achar livros de crochê. Quando achei o livro de crochê e o levantei, qual foi minha supresa quando encontrei esse livro! "O Grande Livro da Costura" é um livro português de 1980 e é super raro, o qual na minha época de curso de costura eu só tinha acesso por meio de cópias das cópias. Hoje em dia ele custa R$ 500 na internet; eu o comprei por R$30!

I went to the book fair, and as soon as I entered, a voice in my head told me to look for a crochet book, since I am very interested in learning to crochet. When I found the crochet book and held it up, what was my surprise when I found that book! "O Grande Livro da Costura" is a Portuguese sewing book from 1980 and is super rare, which in my time of sewing course I only had access through copies of the copies. Enquanto estava passando por uma loja, procurando pelos enfeites de Halloween (que esse ano estão atrasadíssimos por sinal), acabei passando pela seção infantil, achei essa linda presilha de cabelo de biscoito de Natal! Pena que ela era a última desse modelo.

While I was passing by a store, looking for Halloween decorations (which this year are very late, by the way), I ended up going through the children's section and I found this beautiful Christmas cookie hair clip! Too bad it was the last of that model.

It will look beautiful with my Holy Night Story!

E por fim, não relacionado à lolita, os CDS que comprei hoje. Já é a terceira vez que algo na minha cabeça diz para eu fazer algo naquele instante e dá certo. Hoje tive algo muito forte me mandando procurar um cd, e quando estava procurando na loja, eis que acho esses! Eles são um pouco difíceis de achar, e não confio em comprar pela internet por medo de chegarem riscados. Estou muito contente porque essa é minha banda favorita!

And finally, unrelated to lolita, the CDS I bought today. It is already the third time that something in my head tells me to do something at that moment and it works. Today I had something very strong sending me to look for a CD, and when I was looking in the store, I ended up finding these! They are kinda hard to find, and I do not trust in sellers to buy them secondhand on internet because it can arrive all scratched (here often people do not tell you what is the real condition of the item). I am very happy because this is my favorite band!

Outfits of the Week #40

New clothing rack!

Esse mês, apesar de estar com o orçamento apertado, acabei comprando algo que eu queria há algum tempo: uma arara dupla!

This month, despite having a tight budget, I ended up buying something I wanted for some time: a double clothing rack!

Na verdade não estava planejando gastar com nada, mas de repente apareceu no Facebook Marketplace uma arara de ferro, dupla, sem regulagem, apenas parafusada (o que é ótimo, porque araras com regulagem, pelo menos as de plástico, tendem a ceder e quebrar conforme o peso), e o melhor, apenas R$ 80. Normalmente uma dessas, com a regulagem que não gosto está saindo por volta de  R$150, então era realmente uma barganha, e o melhor, em uma cidade perto.

Actually, I wasn't planning on spending anything, but suddenly I found on Facebook Marketplace an iron double clothing rack, without adjustment (which is great, because adjustable clothing racks, at least the plastic ones, tend to bend and break with weight), and the better, only 15 usd. Usually one of these, with the regulation I don't like is selling for around 30 usd, so it was really a bargain, and the best, in a nearby city.

E foi assim que ficou, a parte de cima para blouses e a parte de baixo para saias.

Também comprei cabides próprios para as saias, assim elas ficam organizadas.

And that's how it ended up, the top for blouses and the bottom for skirts.

I also bought hangers for skirts, so they stay organized.

Eu só fiquei um pouco chateada porque achei que tirando as saias do mesmo cabideiro, haveria mais espaço para as blouses, mas ao que parece as blouses se multiplicaram (ou eu tenho demais mesmo). Talvez logo tenha que deixar essa arara apenas para tops.

I was just a little upset because I thought that taking the skirts out of the same rack, there would be more space for the blouses, but apparently the blouses have multiplied (or I have too many). Maybe soon I will have to leave this clothing rack only for tops.

Experiences with nail polishes ☆

Um dos meus maiores hobbies é tentar deixar tudo na minha vida o mais lolita possível, então quando encontrei essa linha de esmaltes da Hello Kitty no mercado, eu sabia que necessitava dela!

One of my biggest hobbies is trying to make everything in my life as lolita as possible, so when I found this Hello Kitty nail polish line in the supermarket, I knew I needed it!

Mas, para ser honesta, apesar de haver tons candy nessa linha, eu não gostei deles para lolita...

O rosa claro, cupcake, é muito claro que chega a ser quase branco; o rosa jujuba é um bubblegum pink bem forte, e o amarelo, pudim, é um amarelo super berrante, quase um marca texto. Então resolvi fazer algumas misturinhas.

But to be honest, although there are candy colors in that line, I didn't like them for lolita ...The light pink, cupcake, is very light that it is almost white; the jujuba pink is a very strong bubblegum pink, and the yellow pudim is a super bright yellow, almost a highlighter pen. So I decided to make some mixes.

Metade Pudim metade Cupcake / 

Half Pudim, half Cupcake

Misturei metade do rosa claro Cupcake com metade do amarelo Pudim, e o resultado foi um amarelo bem mais claro, mas ainda assim vou comprar mais um rosa cupcake e colocar mais dentro. Na foto a seguir, à esquerda o amarelo Pudim original e à direita, o amarelo misturado.

I mixed half the Cupcake light pink with half the Pudim yellow, and the result was a much lighter yellow, but I will still buy one more pink cupcake and put more inside. In the photo below, on the left the original Pudim yellow and on the right, the mixed yellow.

Depois de misturar metade do Cupcake no amarelo, a metade que sobrou no vidro eu misturei com um pouco de Jujuba (aproximadamente 1/5 do vidro da cor Jujuba). Ficou uma cor bem bonita!  Na foto a seguir, à esquerda o Cupcake original que usei para fazer algumas unhas e à direita, o rosa misturado.

After mixing half of the Cupcake in the yellow, the remaining half in the glass I mixed with a little bit of Jujuba (approximately 1/5 of the glass of Jujuba color). It is a very beautiful color! In the photo below, on the left the original Cupcake color I used to make some nails and on the right, the mixed pink.

Já que estou usando bastante a cor Cupcake para misturas, um vidro já acabou. Fiquei com muita pena de jogar o pincel fora, então limpei bem a tampa com acetona para tirar os restos do antigo esmalte e coloquei no vidro do meu novo esmalte glitter. Ficou super fofo!

Since I'm using Cupcake color a lot, a glass is gone. I was very sorry to throw the brush away, so cleaned the lid with acetone to remove the remains of the old nail polish and put it on the glass of my new glitter nail polish. It is super cute!

Gostei bastante de como ficou! Mal posso esperar para customizar mais vidros de esmalte com essa tampa! Aliás, ontem descobri que há mais tons de esmalte da Hello Kitty na farmácia local! Logo devo comprar mais!

I really liked how it turned out! I can't wait to customize more nail polish glasses with this lid! In fact, yesterday I discovered that there are more shades of Hello Kitty nail polish in the local pharmacy! Soon I must buy more!
